What we can and cannot help with
We can help with: a figure that looks wrong, a model that has been discontinued or re-rated, a source link that no longer resolves, a question about how we reached a recommendation, or a room-sizing question the calculator did not answer.
We cannot help with: anything medical. We are not clinicians and we do not give health advice — persistent or worsening symptoms are a matter for a doctor, who can test what you are actually reacting to. We also cannot help with warranty claims, repairs or returns, which are between you and the retailer or manufacturer.
